Woman's Fashion Retailer

• Project managed all phases of Pack-to-Light store packing system implementation for nationwide retailer, including interface design with legacy host system and the creation of unique inbound product barcode. The new system gave unprecedented visibility into inventory by allocation/lane numbers, pre-pack code, and size.
• Catapulted productivity (100% increase within one week) and improved throughput of 165K-sq.-ft. distribution center (DC) by 46.5% (from 408 uph to 598 uph) within first month as a result of personally delivered solutions.
• Assisted in implementation of EDI and inbound visibility program, introducing fully automated, paperless processes for shipping/distribution.
• Saved client $750K annually as PM over reconfiguring transportation vendor processes/systems.
• Gathered business requirements and developed WMS requirements document.

International Grocery Retailer

• Advised on all phases of major WMS upgrade in Poland, and directed all testing (e.g., defect resolution, functionality, acceptance, and integration testing) and go-live support.
